Cruise Ship Assaults

Sadly, there have been numerous cases of sexual assault and rape onboard cruise ships. The Maritime Law Group will zealously advocate for any victim of sexual assault or rape onboard a cruise ship who is potentially entitled to compensation from a cruise line for a variety of reasons, including the failure to provide the necessary security on board. It should also be noted that strict liability applies should a crew member assault a passenger within the course of the crew member’s employment.
